  I called Martin a month before we came down when none of the other local caterers would call me back. We needed catering for 10 people for after our wedding and had our hearts set on NC BBQ. Martin was fantastic. He was so easy to work with, gave us a heck of a deal (after tasting the food I would have paid double) and was so kind to me (a freaking out bride).
  The day of the event, Martin was on time and made sure our food would be set up and warm for us when we returned after the ceremony. The team he sent was a pleasure and provided outstanding customer service.
  The food. OMG, amazing. Probably the best BBQ I have ever had. I wanted great BBQ and I got it. The brisket was amazing, the pulled pork, hens, greens, coleslaw and potato salad were all to die for. The peach cobbler was the icing on the cake. It was all so good. You know it is good food when nobody is talking and the room is silent. 10 people not talking for a half hour or so and it was all because we were loving the food.
  When it was time for everyone to go home, we all agreed to rent a house down here next year on the condition we order dinner from here at least once.
  I wish I could have him send some to Ohio. Best BBQ ever. I will keep saying it.

  BBQ was awesome! Four of us had pulled pork, brisket, and a half a chicken. Portions were large and the sides were good too. Everything seemed homemade.
